Some Assessments About the New Regime of Turkish International Inspection Agencies

Abstract
In the last decades, inspection agencies and inspection agreements have gained wide acceptance in international trade that made through private or public institutions. In Turkish system, international inspection agencies authorized about quality and quantity control of the goods that subject foreign trade; storage, loading, unloading and exchange rate determined by the during transport and including the price and financial conditions to determine the accuracy of the customs classification, control of the quality and quantity of goods subject to foreign trade. As a result of performed inspection activities, a report issued to organizations that have the inspection power, called the international inspection agency. In this article, the international inspection agencies in Turkey reviewed, and some suggestions that expected to practice may be useful. In addition, the responsibilities of these agencies has been examined from different angles evaluated.
