Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine Turkish language teachers’ views to special field efficacies determined by Ministry of Education in different variables. In this study, data were collected by means of “The View Questionnaire Related with Special Field Efficacies of Turkish Language Teachers” which was prepared by researchers. The questionnaire was prepared as 22 items by based on the “efficacies” step of Turkish language teachers’ special field efficacies which was published by approval on June 4th 2008 and the number 1835 of Ministry of Education. The sample of research consisted of 101 Turkish language teachers who work in Trabzon province. The data gathered were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Mann-Whitney U test with the help of SPSS 16.0. At the end of research, it was identified that Turkish language teachers thought they had enough efficacy in five different efficacy fields. The variables like being educated about special education and technological equipment at schools made significant differences in the special field efficacies of Turkish language teachers.
