Abstract
At first glance, it looks as though the only male and authors produced poems within a literary tradition of Divan literature while substantial number of women poets are also raised. In this study, it is not our goal to give a dosier list of women poets or introduce them all. This paper aimed to give a panorama on the literary tradition of women poets in general within the framework of classical Turkish litrature, their status, interests and tastes under the common points of literary movement.
