Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an effect on employee motivation of leadership behaviours or not and if there is an effect, the aim is to ascertain in what level this effect occurs. For this purpose, an applied research has been carried out aimed at for employees of Isparta İpliksan A.Ş. 72 people have attended to the research and collected data have been assessed with survey questions. In consequence of the assessment, it has been obtained that there is a meaningful correlation between administrators’ leadership behaviours and factors which motivate employees. To be able to carry out assessment, SPSS 15.0 statistics program has been used.
