The events resulting from mass uprisings called as Arab Spring has started from North Africa to Middle East and finally it is continuing in Syria nowadays. However the situation in Syria is more different. Because the country which was witnessed the invasions of all power centers in historical process has always been suffered from ethnic, religious and sectarian issues. The nature of Assad regime is based on the state administrating by fear culture. Moreover, the group governing Syria which is called Nusayri is different from the majority of Syrians. For this reason their rule can only survive by means of the suppressing Baas regime. However, mass uprisings which emerged with the help of the West and the USA have given a chance to other groups in order to topple the Nusayri regime.
