Abstract
In this study, the effect of transactional (operational) leadership style upon organizational citizenship behavior investigated in Group A travel agencies. To this end, in the district of Cilicia researched and most travel agencies in the city with a lot of practice is determined as the provincial agency. 86 A group travel agencies are actively operating in the province of Adana have been identified and employees who are serving at those agencies applied for data collection. As a result, a significant relationship between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior turned out to be. According to the results of t-test and analysis of variance, there is no significant differences for transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors among the attitudes according to demographic characteristics emerged.
