Abstract
In Arabic World, Omman and Gulf countries are among the pioneer countries which the literary activities began most lately. There are alot of reason why the literary activities began lately in Gulf countries. Birth of modern narrative in Gulf countries is usually after discovery of oil. Economic boon ensues after assessing the oil and this provides new changes in some areas. Some of rapid changes in educational and cultural areas ensured positive development in the society and this situation formed a basis for occurrance of literary atmosphere. Nevertheless, occuarance of literary atmosphere and having the fruits of the labor took a long time. Qatar is one of these countries
