  • Abstract
    This research was conducted to determine of fruit characteristics ofsome early season domestic pear genotypes in Eğirdir/Isparta. The measurementsof fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, the amount of soluble solids, titratableacidity and fruit juice pH were determined as 21.57‐273.00 g, 25.91‐117.33 mm,35.76‐73.48 mm, 10.58‐16.33%, 0.10‐0.94%, 3.21‐5.41 respectively for the studiedgenotypes. In conclusion, some of these genotypes (Sarı Armut and E2470) can berecommended as promising genotypes for the fruit breeders.
