Abstract
In this study, the mobbing situations investigated that primary school teachers were exposed. The data were collected by Mobbing Cases of The Primary School Teachers scale. According to gender and education level, there is not any significant difference between teachers’ perceptions. Contracted teachers are exposed to the mobbing more than the staffed teachers in terms of self-realization and communication and social relations dimensions. Numerical courses’ teachers are exposed to the mobbing more than culture courses’ teachers. 0-5 years experienced teachers are exposed the mobbing more than 6 years and more experienced teachers. In consistent with this finding, 20-30 years old teachers are exposed to the mobbing more than the 31 years and older teachers.
