Abstract
This study is done to quest the presence of relation between mobbing and job satisfaction. Taking into consideration the importance of the subject, mobbing, job satisfaction and the relation of each other is explained, in addition a survey is held to the health workers in Erzurum City. A survey study is held about mobbing and job satisfaction by reaching to 395 health workers from four hospitals, which of two are university, one is public and one is private, in Erzurum City. Data are processed in SPSS 13.00 program and obtained findings are commented. At the end of the study, the presence of a negative relation between mobbing and job satisfaction is brought up.
