Abstract
The aims of this study are to determine which variables affect working capital requirement in enterprises of manufacturing industry sector effecting transactions in ISE before crisis and during crisis and also whether these make differences in regarding periods. In this scope, it is made an empirical study on manufacturing industry companies effecting transactions in ISE. As a result of this study, increase in leverage ratio and fixed assets ratio decreases working capital requirement before crisis and during crisis. On the other hand, it is concluded that inventory turnover and Tobin q value decrease working capital requirement during crisis as they do not affect working capital requirement before crisis periods.
