Abstract
Vision is an important dimension in leadership characteristics of university administrators for the learner-centered the universities of this age. This important dimension expresses the development of personal and organizational visions. Knowledge about the extent of vocational college administrators vision is insufficient. The data were collected from 404 managements in vocational colleges. The evaluations of the vocational college administrators about their proficiencies, self-development fields, leadership styles, professional values and schools were determined. The evaluations of the vocational college administrators about the strengths, weaknesses, climate and the vocational colleges in their ideals were also determined. The organizational visions of the vocational college administrators are consistent with their own personal visions. Therefore, the developed visions for the vocational colleges of the future are clear. The Vocational college administrators vision is sufficient to sustain the vocational colleges of future.
