The recovery of used products and materials is receiving growing attention as a result of depleted landfill and incineration capacities. From a logistical point of view these reuse opportunities give rise to a goods flow from the user back to the sphere of the producers. The concept of “reverse logistics” is concerned with the management of this “reverse” goods flow. In the world, many firms have begun to realize that reverse logistics is important and often strategic part of their business mission. A generic reverse logistics network includes collecting the cores from customers, stocking, reprocessing and redistributing acrivities. In this paper are described that the concept of reverse logistics, scope, importance and some important legal arrangements and studies reverse logistics network design.
