Abstract
Main aim of this study is detecting the effects of perceived organizational climate types’ on unethical behaviors. During the search, the effects of organizational climate analyzed in three dimensions (structure and clearness, relations among people, working environment and risk) on unethical behaviors analyzed in four groups (abuse of office, being dishonest, negative relationships among people and mistrust and irreverence). Two models have been developed at the study. In the first method it has been viewed that perceived organizational climate is affective on negative relationship among people and mistrust (R2=0.453), abuse of office (R2=0.212), irreverence (R2=0.197) and being dishonest (R2=0.017), respectively. In the second model it has been seen that organizational climate types causing unethical behaviors are effective on relationships among people (R2=0.385), structure and clearness (R2=0.245) and working environment and risk (R2=0.111), respectively. As a result, it can be said that perceived negative organizational climate is one of the important reasons of unethical behaviors in the organization.
