Abstract
The students at higher education are given scholarship depending on some criteria by especially General Directorate of Higher Education Credit and Hostels Institution and other public institutions, private ones and people. The use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and TOPSIS which are two of multi purpose decision making process, while determining the students to be provided with scholarship has an important role in terms of using both objective and subjective evaluation, testing the validity of the evaluations, according to many criteria, determining the priority of the alternatives which have been evaluated. In this study, the criteria to be considered while determining the students who will be given scholarship have been taken into consideration with AHP and TOPSIS.
