  • Abstract
    The increasing prevalence of obesity leads to numerous health problems. Today, obesity has become a major public health problem in all age groups because of increased dietary carbohydrate and fat content, moving away from physical activities, spending more time with computer and television. Obesity is associated with an increase in diseases such as Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, cancer, diseases of the digestive system.
