Determination of Some Vegetables Traits in the Van Lake Basin Bean Genotypes

Abstract
This study aimed to identify some of the plant traits in the 95 bean genotypes collected from different regions of Van Lake basin. Germination times ranged from 10 to 28.50 days; flowering time ranged from 49.67 to 83.67 days; harvest time of fresh pod ranged from 77.67 to 125.50 days; length of medium leaflet ranged from 61.48 to130.22 mm; bract length ranged from 3.74 to 8.67 mm; number of flower bud on cluster ranged from 1 to 7.94; pod length ranged from 8.96 to 30.59 cm; pod width ranged from 9.49 to 20.26 mm; 100 seeds weight ranged from 14.92 to 98.16 gr. In addition, in this study, it was determined that the 66 genotypes had Andean origins and of 29 genotypes had Meso-American origins.
