Abstract
Brucellosis is an important disease endemically seen in many areas of our country, one which may cause a disease in humans and animals, and caused by the brucella bacteria. The disease may affect all the organs and the systems. Genitourinary system involvement varies between 2-10%. In this article, a brucella epidydimo-orchitis (BEO) case which was referred with epidydimo-orchitis findings, given unspecific antibiotic treatment, and due to the fact that no response could be taken to this treatment, operated with the provisional diagnosis of testis tumor has been presented. Considering brucellosis first in EO patients in endemic regions can prevent needless surgery.
