Abstract
Granulomatous gastritis is an uncommon clinicopathologicentity. Etiologic factors are extremelyvarious. Crohn’s disease is the most commoncause of granulomatous gastritis. Gastrictuberculosis is a rare form of abdominal tuberculosis.However, gastric tuberculosis shouldbe considered in the differential diagnosis ofgranulomatous gastritis in endemic areas. Finaldiagnosis is reached by the evaluation of clinic,morphologic and laboratory findings. However,despite all this multidisciplinary approachdefinite diagnosis may not given. We present the cases of granulomatous gastritis in 38 yearold female. Histomorphological appearanceand clinical findings of patient considered asprimary tuberculosis gastritis and patient’s clinicaland endoscopic finding improved afterantituberculosis treatment. We considered thiscase as an uncommon entity and also found itsuitable to review granulomatous gastritis etiologyand histomorphology with the presentationof the case.
