  • Abstract
    The purpose of this study examines a significance differences in entrepreneurship intentions according to the socio-demographic characteristics and a correlation between the proactive personality and entrepreneurship intentions. The study population was held on 416 university students studying in Social Sciences and Health Sciences. The study has found that proactive personality trait do increase entrepreneurial intention. It s found that education field, gender, experience and goals of the students also make difference on an individual s propensity to entrepreneurship.
