Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors resulting from the dissolution of the family structure, one of the basic constituents of society, and to what extent it influences children to adopt attitudes requiring legal intervention in the event of the destruction of the integrity of the said establishment. This study also aims to examine preventative measures that could be taken regarding this issue at the institutional and individual levels.
