A Line Balancing Approach for Increasing Quality of Service in Imaging Centers of Hospitals

Today, as in every field, speed, time and efficiency are important in an environment where concepts constitute an important place in the health sector. The most expectation of this covers patients who are the most important stakeholders in the health care industry. The process begins with the patient entering the hospital quick, completed in a manner required to ensure safe and successful. Health services system is large and complex, because in this study, imaging centers were studied. Imaging centers have been approached with the logic of the problem for line balancing and this logic was carried out with solution methods. This study research in the manufacturing sector, improvement, development and innovation is an interdisciplinary study of approaches that can be applied to the health sector. The system, which is planned to be developed, public hospitals or private hospitals in the place where it used to be in cost, time, performance, and quality it is believed to provide important benefits in areas such as. Deterministic and heuristic solution methods solving the aforementioned problems using a method of assembly line balancing techniques were compared. A statistical analysis of the results were evaluated and interpreted with the help of the program.
