Abstract
Kös thermal water is situated between Bingöl-Erzurum highway at twenty kilometres in Ilıca town. It is on the Bingöl-Karlıova fault line and its temperature is around 45 C. As it serves as a hotel, motel and restaurant for social facilities, it takes great interest in summer. In winter because of weather conditions the numbers of visitors decrease considerably.To gain this place as a touristic attraction, social facilities should be enriched with new outfits and they must satisfy the needs of visitors. It should be given importance to the advertising of the facilities and media and improved communication technologies be used for this aim. Modern management manner must rule over the foundation, customer satisfaction should be cared about and efforts must be shown to have the same customer again in the next holiday period.
