THE ATTITUDES OF UNDERGRADUATE TOURISM STUDENTS TOWARDS THE ANIMATION DEPARTMANT IN HOTEL FIRMS

The present research aims to study perceptions of students of animation departments of hotels. For this purpose, students of Tourism and Hotel Management School of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University have been selected. Firstly it has been conducted a widely literature review that focusing of attitudes of students towards working in tourism and its work conditions. In the research part of the study has been applied questionnaire technique on 94 students. It has been determined that the attitudes of students towards animation departments in hotels are composed of nine dimensions. Findings reveal that nature of work and working conditions have the significant impacts on the student’s attitudes to work in the animation department. In addition, it has been found significant differences between student’s classes, nationality and sex and some dimensions which student’s attitudes to work in the animation department.
