  • Abstract
    The fact that hotels operate in a highly competitive environment and rapidly changing external environmental conditions make it necessary for the learning organization transformations to increase the competitiveness of organizations. The purpose of this study is to determine the organizational perceptions of employees of four- and five-star hotel management employees. In order to collect data in the survey, 172 employees were surveyed in four and five star hotels operating in Istanbul. In the analysis of the obtained data, T test, Anova test, Pearson Correlation Analysis and LSD tests were used. Within the scope of the research, four and five star hotels operating in Istanbul are in the learning organization stage.
