Abstract
This study examines the relationship between transformational leadership and intrapreneurship. The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of transformational leadership practices on intrapreneurship behavior of employees. This study investigated the effect of four dimensions of transformational leadership (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) on intrapreneurship behaviors (risk taking, innovativeness, proactiveness, autonomy, expanding network). For this purpose, a research was conducted on 313 employees in four different enterprises operating in Bolu Province. The data used in the analysis were obtained by questionnaire. Hypotheses were tested by regression analysis. As a result of the study, it has been determined that idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration dimensions of transformational leadership have positive effects on different intrapreneurship dimensions. On the other hand, the inspirational motivation dimension of transformational leadership has no impact on intrapreneurship behaviors.
