Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the levels of play and song used by special education teachers in their classroom activities. These classroom activities are limited to Mathematics, Social Studies, the teaching of non-academic skills and literacy. Case study design is one of the qualitative research methods is used in this study. The study group of the research constitutes volunteer special education teachers working in the 2015-2016 academic year. The data were collected using a semistructured interview technique. The data obtained in the study were analyzed by content analysis technique. Descriptive indexes, themes, and codes were created according to the answers given to the questions in the interviews. An expert opinion on the themes and codes was obtained, and then the data was reported. The research findings were given and interpreted with tables.
