Urban music is dirigible. In social extent, it is related to urban problems. Within the scope of it, uprising, reproach, orisons, crying, friendship, land, peace, war, valor, legend, tale, lullaby, deep iteration, criticizing opportunities are extremely shallow and constrained. It is hard to say that it has a content beyond only reflecting the existing insight. Music policies, in the sense of rural, includes the local culture. National culture comprises of local cultures. There cannot be any national culture mentioned without local culture. Local culture feeds national culture. Local culture has significant functions within the national culture. The sound process of these functions, in one sense, is by rural culture, authentic music that its driving force and the music policies.
