Upon determining, a web page that can be accessed freely on the internet has been created so that the prospective teachers can improve their missing subjects in measuring the 21st century skills. Thus, an opportunity has been created for the prospective teachers to complete their incompetence before they start performing their profession. The study group of the research which is in descriptive survey model comprises of 214 volunteer prospective teachers who are studying in different education faculties and who take the measurement and evaluation course during the spring semester of 2017-2018 academic year. In the study, a questionnaire in which the tools used to measure the 21st century skills listed, is developed. In this questionnaire, prospective teachers were asked about the status of their being aware of measurement tools and the ability to prepare these measurement tools for their lessons. The findings obtained from the study show that the measurement tool which the prospective teachers never heard of and prepared at the lowest rate, is the Situational Judgement Tests and then comes the computer simulations.
