Abstract
For the original article see ibid., vol. 41, no. 4, p. 658-65 (1993). The commenter expresses his concern that O.P. Gandhi et al., the authors of the aforementioned paper, did not reference his group´s prior work in a pertinent area. In reply, Gandhi points out that they were not aware of the work in question until very recently, and goes on to detail several occasions when the development of the procedure was discussed and related to other parties prior to the submission date of the commenter´s paper.<>
