Abstract
When a company generates profit but does not have growth prospect, an alternative is to invest in investments that offer high yields. One of these investment options is the Canadian income trust. It is a legal and efficient business structures that are established and operate under all applicable federal and provincial laws. They have the same accountability and transparency mechanisms as traditional corporate structures and are subject to regulation by both the Toronto Stock Exchange and Canadian securities regulators
