  • Abstract
A new concept for the control of a magnetic circuit is described. This new concept is used for control with eddy currents and with a permanent magnet. The eddy current control has a conducting plate that sets to concentrate the flux and to decrease the exciting current. The permanent magnet is constructed by arrangement of several magnets. The effects of switching the magnetic circuit are described. The circuit uses two kinds of magnets, i.e., Alnico (with high resonance) and ferrite (with high coercive force)
