Abstract
Fully dense Sm-Co-Fe-Cu and Sm-Co-Fe-Ga nanocomposite magnets were produced by high-energy ball-milling (HEBM), followed by hot consolidation and hot deformation. Cu and Ga were observed to promote the formation of fully dense magnets. However, no texture has been observed after about 75% hot deformation at 800°C.
