    The argues that the algorithm by Varshney, Joshi and Chang (see ibid., vol.48, p.378-82, 1994) is not correct. A counter example is presented in that focuses on the problem of this algorithm and the algorithm by Aggarwal (see ibid., vol.37, p.65-9, 1988).
