  • Abstract
    A substation capacitor bank incorporating a number of innovations was installed at the Poston Station (Columbus Southern Power Company) and commissioned July 1988. A description is given of the installation, including a discussion of the various innovations, comments on the operating experience through mid-January 1989, and observations from a staged fault test on November 10, 1988
