  • Abstract
This paper presents a general method of analysis of a TEM cell in which one of the walls parallel to the septum is removed. Expressions for the line capacitance, characteristic impedance, and the amplitudes of the signals coupled into the line for a surface current excitation are derived from the Green´s function formulation. The comparison of the results on the line capacitance show an excellent agreement with those obtained by Riblet.
