Abstract
Basic principles of magnetoencephalography (MEG) and neuromagnetic instrumentation are briefly reviewed. A 24-channel system based on planar gradiometer coils and DC-SQUIDs is described. Finally, MEG-experiments of human somatotopy and focal epilepsy are presented
