  • Abstract
    The velocity slowing of the modified meander coplanar transmission line (MMCTL) on current substrates is presented to reduce the size of MMICs. A velocity or size reduction factor of ~6 has been obtained in this structure. The theoretical results obtained in this study have been found to be in good agreement with the experimental results
