Abstract
Application of the “diffuse approximation” to the post-treatment and the computation of electromagnetic fields is investigated. This numerical method is very attractive since it does not require a mesh and leads to continuous estimates of the unknown function and its derivatives. The diffuse element method behaviour is observed on several numerical examples
