  • Abstract
    A novel variation of the conventional dipole radiator is proposed and named as the center-end-fed dipole radiator (CEFDR). By properly choosing theirs parameters, it is possible to create the versions of the antenna that have suitable range of input resistance and figure-eight tilted radiation patterns. The proposed antenna with relatively low profile and high polarization purity is very suitable candidate for mobile communication systems with single linear, dual linear or circular polarization.
