Abstract
In the above paper 
a new sensitivity measure, based on the study of the rms value of 
has been defined, as stated in (1). In this letter we intend to make some other considerations, in addition to those already developed in [2]-[4], relative to the use of this measure for comparing networks on the basis of sensitivity. According to as there are cases in which only the development of the integrand referred to in (1) is sufficient, thereby avoiding the operation of integration.
