Proposed Terms For Reporting And Anlyzing Outages Of Electrical Transmission And Distribution Facilities

This paper proposes definitions of terms and indices for reporting and analyzing outages of transmission and distribution facilities. The definitions cover facilities from the generator terminals to the customer service entrance but they do not cover customer interruptions. Depending on comments received from the industry, these definitions could be proposed as an IEEE Standard.
