    Teresa Pace graduated magna cum laude from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She obtained her doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering in 1994 at the Pennsylvania State University with a 4.0/4.0 gpa and a dissertation on Wideband Imaging of Distributed Objects using Wavelet Transforms and Generalized Inverse Theory.
