Abstract
The liner synchronous generator system is developed. In most of vehicles, vibration occurs. Mechanical vibration of the vehicle is absorbed by mechanical dampers and other facilities, so this energy is consumed wastefully. Using the linear generator, energy of vibration is converted to electrical energy. Also, this generator works as an active damper. The experimental device has been developed. The method of the experiment is shown. The vibration data is measured by the handy measurement system and vibration is reproduced at the vibration generator connected to the linear generator. The basic characteristics of the liner generator system are shown. The vibration data of the car is measured. Using this data, characteristics of the generator is observed. The experimental results show the linear works adequately.
