Abstract
Addition of a matched pair of MOS transistors is proposed as a modification to the Banu-Tsividis fully balanced integrator structure [1]. Its application allows a high linearity of the balanced integrator to be obtained. Additionally, its transfer function does not depend on the threshold voltage
, and it minimizes temperature and body effects.
