  • Abstract
    Coupled wave theory combined with the material equations for spatial subharmonics is developed to describe the frequency detuning curves of subharmonic intensity as well as the subharmonic instability boundaries. The predicted detuning curves obtained varying the DC electric fields are in good agreement with the experimental results
