Abstract
With advancements in software development field day by day, new and better concepts of developing a software are required which leads to emergence of the concept REUSABIITY. In this paper we have studied various attributes or factors that affect the reusability of software. The most common factors are identified and their impact is analyzed. The study also accesses the measures or metrics to quantify these attributes and henceforth justify them.
