  • Abstract
    CdTe and ZnTe multilayer films and ternary Cd0.5Zn0.5Te alloys have been deposited using a multisource close space sublimation reactor using powdered CdTe and ZnTe source materials. The reactor along with the procedure used to obtain planar and nanostructured alloyed films is described. XRD data is presented on the films to show alloying.
