    The manuscript "Fifty Years of Moore\´s Law" by Chris A. Mack, IEEE Fellow, has been selected as the Best Paper of 2011. In this paper, Dr. Mack explored the history of Moore\´s Law and concluded that Moore\´s Law happens "because we want it to be true."
