    A polarisation-independent four-port electro-optic tunable filter in the 1550 nm wavelength regime utilising strain-induced polarisation conversion with 20 nm tuning range, 5.4 dB fibre-to-fibre insertion loss, and 44 ns tuning speed has been demonstrated
